Guidance for the Inspection of Aboveground Storage Tanks Containing Asphalt Cement at Asphalt Pavement Production Facilities

This supplement to IS-137 Spill Prevention, Control, & Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan and Stormwater Management Guidance Manual gives facility operators an understanding of how to properly inspect and assess aboveground storage tanks holding asphalt cement in accordance with an SPCC plan. It can be used in conjunction with IS-137 or as standalone guidance.
