Expected Service Life and Performance Characteristics of HMA Pavements in LTPP

Final report of a study looking at average service life or time to an unacceptable surface condition for new asphalt-surfaced pavements in the LTPP program. The report finds that the average expected service life of conventional and deep-strength flexible pavements in greater than 20 years.
